General return conditions

You have the right to return the goods within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

1. Please Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return & refund process within 14 days upon receiving your item(s). The item must be returned in its original condition (if eligible per the return policy). Please do not send the goods back without your consent and no money will be refunded. After 14 days we will not take it back.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with the original tags attached. We cannot process the return of any faulty item. If you would like to return one or all of the items in your order, please contact our customer service under Contact to get the return address.

Our factory is based in China and the item need to be returned to the factory.

* Please do not send the package back to the address on the package as it is not our return address. The address on the package is the warehouse address of the logistics company that works with us.

* Please write down your name and your order number on a piece of paper and post it together with the item, then send all the items back via USPS and give us the tracking number.

* All returned items will be checked. We will process the refund once we have received the return package and can confirm that the product has the issues mentioned.

* The refund will be bcak to your paypal account within 24 hours, if you paid with debit- or creditcad, you can get the money back to your account within 3-15 working days. It depends on the processing time of your bank.

Damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items

We will issue a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to Contact directly for assistance with processing your return.

 Who pays for the shipping costs when making the return?

a. If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact customer service immediately so we can resolve the issue. We want every purchase to be exactly as anticipated and promised. For the return under this condition we will pay the return shipping fee.

If you are returning multiple items, please return them together to enjoy Free Return on all items. If you return the goods one by one, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee.

b. If the product is in good condition, but you don’t like it and want to return it back, the postage needs to be borne by you.

Order cancellations

We understand that ordering a costume for special occasions is an important decision and will accommodate you as much as we can. However, it is important to note that all of our costumes are in stock, and once the order is shipped it cannot be canceled. Please note the following cancellation policy.

– Unpaid orders are automatically canceled.

– If the orders are canceled within 18 hours after payment, you will get a full refund.

– If the items were packed within 24 hours but were not shipped, you will get 80% refund + shipping fee.

– Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

The refund is overdue or lost (if any)

If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time to officially release the refund.

Next, please contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time. If you have completed all these operations but still have not received a refund, please contact us at salesfsg9780@gmail.com

Sales item (if any)

Only regular-priced items can be returned, but unfortunately, promotional items cannot be returned.

Communication (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to salesfsg9780@gmail.com. And we will provide you with further instructions on where to return the item. Please note that within 30 days from the date of delivery, we do not accept any exchange.

Giveaway

If the item is marked as a gift when it is purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift-giver has shipped the order to himself and sent it to you later, we will refund the gift-giver and he will understand your return.

* We reserve the right to refuse the return if it is received in an unacceptable condition.

* We cannot process products that are returned without our previous knowledge.

* We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please keep the receipt with tracking information.

* All PayPal payments can only be refunded through PayPal. All credit card payments will only be refunded to the original credit card
